Baked Cod
Cod Filets-1 1/2 lbs.
Real Mayonaisse-1/3 C.
Grated Romano Cheese-1/4 C.
Onion-1 large sliced
Black Pepper-1/2 tsp.
Salt-1/2 tsp.
Sweet Hungarian Paprika-1/4 tsp.
Butter-2 T.
Parsley-1/2 tsp.
Fresh Lemon Juice- juice of 1 lemon.
In a large baking dish spread half of the mayonnaise. Place
the fish filets on top of the mayonnaise. Spread the rest of
the mayonnaise on top of the fish. Sprinkle on the grated
cheese. Layer the thinly sliced onions on top of the cheese.
Top with the salt, pepper, paprika and dot with the butter.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle the lemon juice
on the fish. Serve with rice or parsley Egg Noodles
