Fudgy Coconut Pie
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 can(5 1/3 oz) evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup flaked coconut
9 inch pie shell, unbaked
In medium mixing bowl combine sugar and cocoa. Add eggs,
butter, evaporated milk and vanilla. Mix well. Fold in pecans
and coconut. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 325 about 55
minutes.
