Chinese Almond Cookies.

1/4 cup-lard/Crisco.
1 cup- sugar.
2 tablespoon of Vegetable oil.
1/4 teaspoon-some sesame oil.
1- big egg.
1 cup- rice flour-they got it in the supermarkets now.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
1/2 teaspoon salt.
1/3 cup-of chopped almonds.
Extract of them there almond-1 teaspoon.

Mix that sugar and Crisco real good now until it light and fluffy. Mix in that vegetable oils, sesame oil, and big egg! Make it fluffy again. Make some 1" balls and top or roll them in those almonds. Give them some egg wash and put them 2" apart on that cookie sheet so they ain't touching now. Bake them at 350 degree for about 20 minutes. Good stuff honey!
