Chocolate Chiffon Pie

2 (1 oz.) squares unsweetened chocolate, chopped
1 (14-oz) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/3 c water
½ tsp. Vanilla extract
1 cup (1/2 pt) whipping cream, whipped
1 (6-oz) ready-made chocolate or graham cracker crumb pie crust
Additional whipped cream

1. In heavy saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate with sweetened condensed milk.  Remove from heat.
2. In small saucepan sprinkle gelatin over water, let stand 1 minute over low heat, stir until gelatin dissolves.
3. Stir gelatin into chocolate mixture.  Add vanilla.
4. Cool to room temperature.
5. Fold in whipped cream.  Spread into crust
6. Chill 3 hours or until set.
7. Garnish with additional whipped cream.
8. Store covered in refrigerator.
