3pkg. cream cheese
2/3c. sugar
3 eggs
1Tbsp. vanilla
Vanilla Wafers
1 can pie filling
Mix first 4 ingredients together. Place a wafer in the bottom
of EACH cupcake paper.
Fill 3/4 full with cream cheese mixture.
Bake at 350* for 15 minutes.
Cool and top with pie filling
