Cheddar Pie
Ingredients:
1-1/2 cups of grated sharp cheddar cheese
1, 9-inch pie shell
2 cups of heavy cream
Tabasco sauce to taste
4 Eggs, beaten
Salt to taste
Preheat oven to 425. In a bowl add the eggs, cream
salt, and Tabasco sauce and stir well. Sprinkle the cheese
over the bottom of the pie curst. Pour the egg mixture
over the cheese. Bake for 15 minutes then lower the oven
to 300 and finish baking for 25-30 minutes. A knife
inserted into the center comes out clean
