Carrot Cake

3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 cups grated carrots
1 cup oil
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
4 eggs
1/2 cup walnuts if desired
1/2 cup rains if desired

Grate carrots. Mix Altogether very well. Pour into greased tube pan. Bake at 350 for about an hour.

I also flour the pan, and I mix the sugar, oil and eggs together. Add the baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. Then the flour, last the carrots.
