Buttermilk Biscuits

2cup Flour
2tsp Baking Powder
1/2tsp Baking Soda
1TBS Sugar
1/2tsp Salt
2TBS Veg Shortening
1cup low fat Buttermilk

1. Preheat oven to 425 and spray cooking sheet lightly.
2. Mix dry ingredients together and sift into medium bowl.
3. Cut shortening into flour until consistency of fine bread crumbs. Pour all of milk into dry ingredients and mix together with fort. as so as mix holds together turn onto floured work surface and knead lightly.
4. Roll gently to 1/2"thick and cut with floured cutter.
5. For crustier biscuits place rounds 1" apart on sheet. For softer side place touching or 1/4" apart. Dust tops lightly with flour and bake 10-12 minutes until golden brown
