Banoffi Pie
To make it easier, use a graham cracker pie crust and bake it
for around 10 mins.
Boil a can of condensed milk for four hours (in the tin -
remember to keep topping up the water. Put a little slit in
the top of the can so it doesn't explode and small enough so
the milk doesn't come out
) and it turns into a spreadable toffee.
Spread this on the base of the pie crust.
Slice a couple of bananas, place these on top of the toffee.
Whip some fresh cream, and add coffee flavouring to it, pour
all over pie. Refrigerate for an hour. Eat. Bask in the glory
that your friends will give you!
