Banana Cake1/2 cup butter, softened
2 large eggs, beaten
1 C. granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup toasted walnut pieces
1 tsp. baking soda
3 ripe bananas, mashed
Cream the butter and sugar well until light and fluffy.
In a separate bowl sift the flour and the baking soda. Add
all the ingredients together and blend well. Pour into a
well grease loaf pan and bake at 350F. degrees for 1 hour.
Cool.
