Banana Pudding Cake

2 sm. ripe bananas
4 eggs
1/4 c. salad oil
1 pkg. banana cream or vanilla instant pudding mix
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 c. water
1/2 c. nuts, finely chopped (optional)

Slice bananas into large mixer bowl, beat until well mashed. Add
remaining ingredients. Blend, then beat at medium speed for 2
minutes. Pour into well greased and floured 10-inch bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 70 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes. Remove and cool on rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
