Biscuit Bars
2 cups biscuit mix
6 cooked bacon slices, crumbled
½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
½ cup cold water
In a mixing bowl combine the biscuit mix, bacon, and cheese.
Add
water; stirring until the dough clings together. Knead gently

times on a lightly floured board. Roll into a 10 X 6 inch
rectangle;
cut lengthwise with a floured knife into 1-inch strips; then
crosswise into thirds. Bake on an ungreased baking sheet in a

degree oven for 10 minutes. Serve hot. Makes 18 bars
