1 1/2 cup cooking oil
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
3 cups flour
4 large apples, diced
1 1/2 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup pecans

Cream and mix all ingredients and pour into greased tube pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until done
