3 eggs
1 1/2c. oil
2c. sugar
2c. flour
2tsp. vanilla
1tsp. soda
1tsp. salt
1c. nuts
3 diced raw apples
Mix all together and pour into desired pan. Bake at 350 for 1
hour.
TOPPING:
1 stick butter
1c. brown sugar
1/4c. milk
Cook for 2 1/2 minutes. Pour over cake.
We love this cake. It sounds like alot of sugar, but it
satisfies that sweet tooth. We can't make it any more, to much
of a teaser for every one.
