Apple Nut Cake

2 cups sugar
2 cups self rising flour
4 tbsp cinnamon
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
2 tbsp vanilla
3 large apples peeled and diced
1 cup chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour a bundt pan. Combine all ingredients in order listed, mix together. Pour into bundt pan and bake for 1 hour. Cool and remove from the pan. This recipe is from Charleston South Carolina.
