Applesauce Doughnuts
1 cup applesauce
2 eggs beaten
4 cups buttermilk baking mix
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/b tsp allspice
vegetable oil
cinnamon sugar
Mix applesauce with eggs Stir into dry ingredients. Knead
about 5-8 minutes on lightly floured surface. Roll 1/2 in
thick and cut with a doughnut cutter. Fry in hot oil (375
degrees) for 2 minutes, turning once. Drain on a paper towel
and coat with cinnamon sugar
