Apple Cake1 1/2 cup oil
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 cups chopped tart apples
1 cup chopped walnuts
2 teaspoons vanilla
Beat sugar and oil till well blended. Add eggs one at a
time, and beat well after each egg. Gradually add all dry
ingredients to egg mixture. Stir in apples, nuts and
vanilla. Bake for 60-70 minutes at 350F degrees.
Glaze:
Mix 1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Drizzle over cake after it is out of the pan.
