Anisette Cookies1 lb. butter, melted and then
cooled
1 lb. ricotta cheese
4 tsp. anisette
2 C. sugar
2 T. baking soda
4 tsp. baking powder
4 eggs
8 C. flour
2 tsp. salt
Sift the flour and salt together. Add sugar, baking
soda and baking powder; mix well. Then add the rest of the
ingredients to it. Roll into 1 " balls and place on a
greased cookie sheet 1" apart. Bake at 350F degrees for 10
to 15 minutes. Cool and frost with vanilla frosting.
Sprinkle with nonpareils.
