Amish Rhubarb Bread
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
2/3 cup of oil
1 egg
1 cup sour milk
2 3/4 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cup fresh, diced rhubarb
GLAZE
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp butter
1 tsp cinnamon
Mix bread ingredients in order given. Pour into two
greased loaf pans and bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Brush on
glaze and let cool
