Almond Cookies2 lbs. finely chopped almonds
3/4 C. sugar
1 sm. bottle almond extract
2 eggs
Beat eggs and then add in all the other ingredients
together. Roll into balls and then roll in sugar. Bake on
an aluminum foil covered pan at 350F. degrees for about 20
minutes. The cookies may feel soft after this time, but
they are done. If you over cook them they will become too
hard. Store in a container or freeze.
