Sausage, Broccoli and Beans1 tablespoon olive oil
1 medium onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, sliced
1 pound sweet Italian sausage
1-10 ounce package chopped broccoli
1-16 ounce can Carbona beans, drained
1/2 teaspoon red pepper
Saute garlic and onions in olive oil until onions are
translucent. Pour in bowl and set aside. Put sausage in
bowl and brown. Take out and cut into bite size pieces.
Put back in pan; add onions and garlic mixture with
Catbona beans and broccoli. Simmer for 40 minutes. Makes 3
to 4 servings.
