Caribbean Chicken Drums

8 chicken drumsticks
2 tablespoons oil
1 can (14 1/2oz.)diced green chilies
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 cup mango chutney, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup dark seedless raisins
1 large banana, sliced
1 large mango, sliced

In frying pan, place oil and heat to medium temperature. Add tomatoes, chilies, brown sugar and allspice. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low temperature, cook 20 minutes. Add mango chutney, lemon juice and raisins. Cover and cook about 15 minutes or until fork can be inserted in chicken with ease. Remove chicken to serving platter. Skim off fat from sauce. Add banana to mixture in frypan; heat thorougly. Spoon fruit and a little sauce over chicken. Garnish with mango slices. Place remaining sauce in separate dish and pass. Makes 4 servings.
