Nut Cookies
1c. sifted flour
1/2c. cornstarch
3/4c. butter
1/2c. sugar
1 egg white
1/2tsp. almond flavoring
1/2tsp. lemon flavoring
1c. chopped brazil nuts
Sift flour and cornstarch together; set aside. Blend butter
and sugar.
Stir in egg white. Gradually mix in sifted dry ingredients;
add nuts.
Shape into 1 inch balls and place on lightly greased baking
sheet.
Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
Yields: 2 dozen cookies
