Salmon
Spread8 ounces smoked salmon
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
3 teaspoons lemon juice
sour cream
freshly chopped chives
In a food processor combine the smoked salmon, cream cheese
and lemon juice. Pulse until smooth. transfer into a small
serving bowl and refrigerate for a few hours. Spread on your
favorite water crackers and top with a small dollop of fresh
sour cream and sprinkle the chopped chives on top. Fabulous!
