Saganaki (Fried Cheese)
Ingredients:

lb. Kasseri, Kefalotiri, or dry Feta cheese
- _
lb. Butter
- 1
Tbsp. Oregano (optional)
- 2 _
Tbsp. Lemon juice

flour (to coat cheese)
Procedure:
Cut cheese about an inch thick.
Dust lightly with flour.
Fry in very hot butter for about 30 seconds on each side.
Sprinkle with lemon juice and oregano.
Serve hot!
