Creamy Pesto Dressing

3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp dried basil
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/2 cup pine nuts
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup mayonnaise

Combine garlic, basil and vinegar in food processor and process.
Add nuts, parmesan, parsley, salt and pepper and mayonnaise.
Process, scraping down sides of bowl.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
