Cliff's Meat Rub1/2cup Dark or Light Brown Sugar
3TBS Salt (I use hardly any)
3TBS Black Pepper
3TBS Chili Powder
2TBS Cumin Powder
2TBS Paprika
2TBS Garlic Powder
2TBS Lemon Pepper (Optional)
Can also add soy sauce, vinegar and water for a basting
sauce or marinade.
