Cocktail Frank Appetizer1 jar black currant jelly
1 lb. cocktail franks
1 jar spicy brown mustard
In a frypan on medium heat, brown the franks for a few
minutes and remove. Set aside. In a small pot mix the mustard
and jelly together over a a low heat. When the mixture becomes
smooth and the jelly is melted add the browned cocktail franks
in. Stir to warm. Place the appetizer in a crock or medium
size bowl with plenty of toothpicks and cocktail napkins. Oh!,
don't forget the beer!
