12 hard
boiled eggs cut in half and yokes removed and put in a bowl.
To the yokes add good dollop of chutney (1 big tablespoon), 1
tablespoon finely chopped onion, 1/4 teaspoon cumin, 1/4
teaspoon fenugreek, 1 dessertspoon chopped parsley, salt and
pepper.
Mix all this together and then spoon back into the half egg
whites.
