Citrus Sauce For Fish
1 1/2 pounds favorite fish fillets
3 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon orange peel
1 teaspoon lemon peel
1 garlic clove, minced
Place the fish fillets in a buttered baking dish. In a bowl
combine all the other ingredients. Spoon over the fish
fillets. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 375F. degrees for 8
minutes. Plate and drizzle pan juices over the fish.
