Cheese Dip1 lb. Velvetta cheese, melted
3/4 cups onions
1/2 cup peppers
1 tbls. of butter
1 can chopped pimentos without liquid
1 tsp. chili powder
Mix melted cheese, saute 3/4 cup onions and 1/2 cup peppers
in 1 tbls. butter. Add can of chopped pimentos without liquid.
Drain pimentos well. Add 1 tsp. chili powder. Serve with
crackers or dips. Put on table with candle underneath. Keep
warm while serving.
