Brie In Pastry1/2 can crescent rolls
8 oz. ripe brie cheese
2 tsp. Honey mustard or any grainy mustard
1 egg, beaten
On a board lightly floured, flatten out the pastry into a 6x8
rectangle. Place the cheese into the center of the flattened
out crescent dough and spread the mustard over the cheese.
Wrap the dough around the cheese in a decorative manner and
brush with the beaten egg. Bake at 375F degrees until lightly
browned. Delicious! Serve with some fresh fruit if you like
