Blue
Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms.
1 lb. fresh mushrooms with medium-large caps
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tsp. onion powder
2 oz. blue cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans.
Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. In a bowl combine
the cream cheese, sour cream and onion powder. Beat until
smooth. Crumble blue cheese into the mixture. Spoon mixture
into the caps piling the filling high. Sprinkle with chopped
nuts. serve chilled
