2 Salmon Steaks
1 sliced onion
2 stalks celery, sliced
1 tomato, quartered
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Water
In poacher or tinfoil, put salmon steaks and all
ingredients. Cover and put on 350 degree oven for 20
minutes. Check with fork. If salmon separates easily and
vegetables are soft, it is ready to serve. Serves 2.
