Artichoke Dip
1 can artichoke hearts
in water (not in oil), cut in pieces.
1 C. mayonnaise
Dash of Tabasco sauce
(if desired)
1/2 to 1 C. Parmesan
cheese
Mix and place in
greased baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees until it
bubbles. Serve with Triscuits or crackers of your
choice.
