Hey guys, at my work I am forced to make employee meals starting in next two weeks! so i need some quick ideas. x.X
Servings = 60
Cooking time limit = 3 hrs 30 min.
- need main dish
- need soup
Can use chicken or pork a type of fish, potatoes, lemons, all meals will come with fried rice, i can fry stuff... (everyone at my work always make fried chicken and getting tiered of it)
Company money will pay at least $15 for any extra ingredient
Some of the cooks here make potato salad, cream cheese wontons, spaghetti, vegetable sauté, duck flavored chickens, tacos, lobster or shrimp flavored soup (from the shell)
i kinda wanted a new idea so people here don't get tiered of eating same thing over. lol
