ok..help me out here..lets ee how many diet plans we've seen and heard through advertisements?
1-Wheel a Meal-Richard Simons
2-Atkins Diet
3-Jeny Craig
4-CELEBRITY Diet (Liposuction)
5-.....

5- SCAM?

(These diet plans drive me crazy. The way to good health is moderation and exercise. There are no short cuts that work in the long term.)

I must say that I agree with you LLizard! The one I liked the best was something to do with grapefruit. They said that grapefruit somehow negated calories! So you could eat a bar of chocolate but as long as you have a grapefruit afterwards it wouldn't count. I wish!

Kat's DH lost about 60 pounds in a year and all we did was cut portion size and healthy eating. Sorry haven't been on much but packing for the move on Sat. With Ron and Kat both not being able to help much I've been doing alot. Got the kitchen stuff moved and unpacked at the new place and painting done in grandson's room. Now the two freezers and next and then the refrig. At the new place we have another refrig in the laundry room to use for soda and BEER. Sat we move and Ron get's to BBQ for the help and fill up the outside refrig with beer for all the help coming. Some of the help is coming from Tampa so want a nice feed for all of then.

I know, its so disturbing to see some of the people on TV do these diet commercials when they look like they need to show a good example..
I have a friend here in Fort Lauderdale who owns and runs a fitness center, a gym and ironically she is so fat and disgustingly out of shape! Its like going to a hairstylist to get your hair done and the stylist's has a bad bad hairdo!

Im surprise the place is still open for business!It wont be long before it shuts down! I hear nothing good about that place~ people have came to me and tell me how the gymn has withdraw money from their bank accounts twice for their annual membership payments! It just makes me mad how businesses can abuse people especially when it comes to the health and fitness industry! All those special diet programs they have in these gyms where you have to pay an additional cost after you have already spent a ridiculous amount on your membership! Then again, people who are overweight are desperate enough to pay for anything that they believe will make them thin!
