I am looking for a recipe for japanese yeast bread as found in asian markets. It looks sort of like "american" yeast bread, but lighter, fluffier. Anyone have a recipe?

I have found several recipes for Shokupan, but have not tried any of them out yet. If "powerful powder is bread flour, then any of these should make Shokupan.
